Listing Syndication

Help-U-Sell Real Estate Syndicate Listings to Zillow, Trulia and their partners as well as Homes.com. For a complete list of Syndicated sites please contact us at support@helpusell.com.

You can manage syndication on a listing level. By default all listings will be syndicated to our partners. To remove Syndication on a per listing basis go to the Listing Syndication section when viewing a listing and remove the check marks from the sites you want to remove the listing from (A). Remember to Save (B).

Opting in or out of Syndication for ALL Listings.

You can opt out or in of syndication from Help-U-Sell Real Estate's data feeds by going to;

1. Setup in the main menu of the OMS, then selecting 'Office Details' and from the tabs on the top of the page picking the 'My Office' tab.

2. Click the 'Yes' or 'No' words to either opt in or out (A).

3. Terms and Conditions will pop up in a new window. Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' for Yes and Disagree for No
